Each unit includes two paved parking spots. Tenants of the Townhouses will be able to attend activities in the main building. For an extra charge tenants are invited to eat their meals in the dining room of the main facility. Emergency Alert Systems has been installed in every unit to alert staff at the main facility of an emergency in the townhouses.
There is a community building among the townhouses that has room for activities, a space to be used with advanced reservations for tenants, and coin operated laundry machines. This space is exclusive to the townhouse residents.
